This is the most economic, all-weather, polyurethane surface solution for any track facility. The PTS 1000 is a paved-in-place base mat system that is an economical starter surface for K-12 running tracks. It is comprised of black SBR or EPDM rubber granules bound with a single component polyurethane binder.
